The Website was easy to navigate and order from. I ordered a 4Gb memory card which arrived the next day! I had to take the back off of the laptop which was easy enough, guided by You Tube. The card was easy to fit but if you’re not sure there are instructions. Once fitted there was no setting up required and it worked as advertised!! Great service. I will use them again.
