The original memory sent was not compatible with my laptop. Memory Cow diagnosed the problem (not their fault) and sent a variant which worked perfectly well. Many thanks

Issue with first order of DIMMS as they were incompatible. This was quickly resolved by excellent customer service. Replacement DIMMs work as expected & cannot fault there customer service.
